PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS
Are you prequalified for commercial contracts?
Yes. Corvée Commercial maintains a full prequalification documentation package including public liability insurance (£5m minimum), employer’s liability (£10m), professional indemnity, and engineer certification records. Our pack is formatted for common tender portals and is available to procurement teams on request.
Can you manage multi-site estates under a single contract?
Yes. We manage planned maintenance, reactive call-outs, and project works across multi-site estates under a unified SLA. You will have one contract, one consolidated invoice, and one dedicated account manager to ensure consistency across your entire portfolio.
What SLA response times do you offer?
Our standard commercial SLA offers three tiers:
- Priority 1 (Safety-critical) — 4-hour response.
- Priority 2 (System failure) — next business day.
- Priority 3 (Planned works) — scheduled within an agreed programme.
Custom SLAs are available for high-dependency assets and critical environments.
Do you offer Capex Lifecycle Planning?
Yes. For estates with ageing M&E plant, we produce structured Capex Lifecycle Plans. This includes an asset-by-asset assessment of current condition, projected end-of-life, replacement cost, and recommended sequencing aligned to your budget cycles and decarbonisation targets.
COMPLIANCE & CERTIFICATION
Are your engineers Gas Safe Commercial registered?
Yes. Every Corvée Commercial engineer undertaking gas work on-site holds current Gas Safe Commercial registration with the appropriate non-domestic ACS codes (COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, and others). Registration numbers and Gas Safe IDs are available for verification upon request.
Do you provide RAMS before every job?
Yes, without exception. Site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are produced and submitted before any planned or project work commences. For reactive emergency attendance, a verbal risk assessment is conducted on arrival followed by written documentation.
Can you align PPM to SFG20 task frequencies?
Yes. Our planned preventative maintenance programmes are structured around SFG20 task codes, the industry standard for building maintenance. We can map your existing asset register to SFG20 or build a new digital register during the onboarding process.
Do you issue CP12 certificates for commercial premises?
Yes. We issue Gas Safety Certificates (CP12/CP17) for commercial premises, HMOs, and industrial units. Certificates are issued same-day via our field management system and stored digitally for instant access by your compliance team.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
Do you work on commercial plant rooms?
Yes. Our engineers have extensive experience in the design, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial boiler plant rooms, pressurisation systems, LTHW/MTHW installations, buffer vessels, and plate heat exchangers.
Can you install heat pumps in commercial buildings?
Yes. Corvée Commercial is MCS certified for both air source (ASHP) and ground source (GSHP) heat pump installations in commercial settings. We provide full system design and can advise on Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant eligibility for your property.
What areas do you cover?
We operate throughout Northamptonshire, with primary response capability in Kettering, Corby, Northampton, Wellingborough, Rushden, Oundle, and Market Harborough. For multi-site contracts, we can extend coverage to adjacent commercial hubs including Milton Keynes and Peterborough.
Can you install heat pumps and renewable systems?
Yes. We hold MCS certification and are registered with RECC, which authorises us to install and certify renewable energy systems including air source and ground source heat pumps.
GUARANTEES AND AFTERCARE
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All new heating system installations carry a 2-year workmanship guarantee. All repairs carry a 12-month parts and labour guarantee. If the same fault occurs within that period, we fix it at our cost.

What does Corvee Care include?
Depending on your plan: free annual boiler service, unlimited call-outs, priority booking, guaranteed 24-hour call-out, and parts and labour cover for boiler, central heating, and plumbing repairs.
Is there a call-out charge with Corvee Care?
No. Corvee Care members pay zero call-out fees.
LANDLORDS
Do you provide gas safety certificates?
Yes. We carry out annual gas safety inspections and issue CP12 certificates for landlords across Northamptonshire.
Can you manage ongoing maintenance for my rental properties?
Yes. We work with landlords and letting agents to provide routine servicing, compliance certificates, and responsive repairs.
